Surrounded
by Nature

The Langhe are a long range of hills where vineyards, fields, hazelnut trees, woods, ancient villages and hamlets alternate.
They are surrounded by the range of the Alps, from the Maritime Alps to Mount Rosa, crossed by the river Tanaro in the valley and painted by the amazing colours of the changing seasons. In 2014 Langhe became UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Vegetable garden

First of all the vegetable garden is for us a passion we inherited from our grandfather Tino. Preparing the soil, choosing the seeds, planting the saplings, eradicating weeds, watering the plants every evening, taking care of every single plant, waking up at sunrise in summer mornings to harvest what is ripe: it’s a great effort that can be done only with great passion.
The reward is the pleasure of preparing or cooking those vegetables which have been grown without any pesticides.

Vineyard

In the Bussia area we have a little Nebbiolo vineyard. In Monforte, San Pietro area, we have a second vineyard where Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto are grown. Finally, in the next spring, we will plant a third vineyard.
We are going to do it for our sons, now teenagers, as we hope they choose to stay here.
